What is the shelf life of Momofuku Goods products?
Most of our pantry items, including our Chili Crunch and Liquid Aminos, have a shelf life of 12–24 months. Please check the 'best by' date printed on the individual packaging for specific details.
Do I need to refrigerate my Chili Crunch after opening?
Our Chili Crunch is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration after opening. Simply store it in a cool, dry place and ensure the lid is tightly sealed.
Are your products gluten-free or vegan?
Many of our products are vegan and gluten-free, including our signature Chili Crunch. However, our Soy & Scallion noodles contain wheat. Please refer to the ingredient list on each product page for specific dietary information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Momofuku Goods ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our pantry essentials to more countries in the near future.
